From 1982 to 2000, Prof. Ashok Jogde was the president of the Science-Maths Training Program. He served as an atom writer for SCERT's NTSE Training program from 1984 to 1990. Thanks to this programme, he has been a pioneer in NTSE camps since 1986. He founded his academy in the year 2000.
He also organized summer courses that covered the normal syllabus, competitive test syllabus, and IIT/ NEET Foundation during the same year. He was the founder of the IIT/NEET foundation as a summer camp clutching program.
In 1974, he started his first coaching class. At the time, his maths class was Ahmednagar's best. It is still at the top. From 1978 to 1988, He took part in a District scientific display.

During the same year, he ran summer camps in which he covered the standard syllabus, competitive test syllabus, and IIT/ NEET Foundation. He was the first to establish the IIT/NEET foundation as a summer camp clutching programme. Since the year 2000, 10 to 15 students from each summer camp have been accepted into reputable coaching courses in Kota, as well as IITs and NITs. Because of the overwhelming popularity of summer camps, The Efforts Academy has relocated to a new 6-acre facility near Jeur in Dhangarwadi. NTSE has so far chosen 536 of our students. Our students have become doctors and engineers in large numbers since 1974. On July 14, 2013, Prof. Ashok Jogde opened India's first private planetarium. Since then, the Efforts Academy has been teaching astronomy to students and the general public.
He also created an innovative night sky observation project, Ahmednagar observatory, under the aegis of Effort planetarium. Efforts to shift Gurukul from a secondary to a primary initiative occurred during the covid-19 epidemic due to a break-off in winter and summer vacation camps, and it is reaching new heights with safety and amazing outcomes.
